Application Architect and Engineer Position Main Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable applications and systems on the ServiceNow platform, integrating various modules such as ITOM, ITSM, and others.
• Develop and implement custom integrations using APIs, scripting, and other techniques to enable seamless data exchange and workflow automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver projects that meet business objectives and expectations.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex system issues to provide timely resolutions and maintain high-quality application performance.
