ServiceNow IT Asset Management Expert Wanted

We seek an experienced ServiceNow architect to develop innovative solutions for our organization's asset management needs. This position involves designing, implementing, and optimizing asset management capabilities within the ServiceNow platform.

• Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective IT Asset Management (ITAM) strategies.
• Integrate ServiceNow HAM with various systems, including discovery tools and vendor APIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish asset governance and reporting frameworks.
• Analyze and troubleshoot performance issues, integrations, and process gaps.
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve the ServiceNow platform and align with enterprise IT objectives.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of ServiceNow experience, with 3+ years in HRSD, CSM, ITSM
• Expertise in ITAM and ServiceNow CMDB.
• Proven track record of successful ServiceNow integrations and scripting experiences.
• Demonstrated knowledge of SAM, Procurement, and ITSM modules.
• Outstanding problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience with SAM PRO and ITOM modules.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Application Developer (CAD)
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Flow Designer, MID Server, and data normalization tools.
