ServiceNow Automation Engineer

This position requires extensive experience with ServiceNow, particularly in the areas of CMDB and Discovery. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are also essential. Key Tasks

• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules for CMDB and Discovery.
• Improve ServiceNow Discovery performance and accuracy.
• Develop identification rules, reconciliation rules, and business services mapping.
• Manage MID Servers, credentials, and probes for successful Discovery scans.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems.
• Collaborate with IT teams to support CMDB-dependent functionalities.
• Analyze and resolve Discovery and CMDB issues.
• Develop automation solutions using various ServiceNow tools.
• Conduct regular audits and data quality checks.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
