ServiceNow SPM Lead Developer

A highly skilled ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) expert is required to oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of the SPM module with other ServiceNow applications.

Job Description:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) module on the ServiceNow platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the SPM module, coordinating with support teams as necessary.
• Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in portfolio management and incorporate relevant advancements into the SPM module.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow
• Proven experience (Min 2 years) in leading and implementing ServiceNow SPM solutions.
• Strong background in portfolio management processes and methodologies.
• Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform configuration and customization.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting languages.
• Experience in integrating ServiceNow modules with other enterprise applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in SPM (CIS-SPM), CAD and CSA
