ServiceNow Developer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to work on various modules.

The following key areas require attention:

• HRSD and Custom Applications: Enhance HR systems and develop custom applications using ServiceNow.
• ITSM, CMDB, and Integrations: Implement IT service management, configure CMDB, and establish seamless integrations.
• CSM, Incident Management, Case Management, Request Management, Change Management, and ITSM: Develop customer service management capabilities, manage incidents, cases, and requests, and implement change management processes within IT service management.
• ITAM, HAM, and SAM: Manage IT assets, hardware, and software with precision.
• SecOps (PST time zone): Ensure the security of our systems during PST hours.
• SAM and SAM PRO: Utilize these tools for software asset management.
• ITSM, FSM, and ServiceNow Upgrade: Implement IT service management, field service management, and upgrade ServiceNow platforms.
• FSM: Focus on field service management.
• Integration Hub & SPO (Sourcing and Procurement Operations) and Solar Integration: Integrate services and systems through hubs and solar integration.

Work Schedule and Location:

This is a remote opportunity requiring employees to work from 6:00 PM to 2:30 AM IST. We welcome freelancers, part-time, or contract professionals.
