ServiceNow Business Analyst – Data-Driven Projects

Digital Transformation Initiative: We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst with a strong background in CSM and data-driven projects to support a large-scale digital transformation initiative. This is a fully remote contract role for candidates based in India.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders, product managers, and implementation partners.
• Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive business cases, ROI analysis, and cost-benefit analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in CSM and data-driven projects.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering ServiceNow projects.
• Strong understanding of ITIL and Agile SCRUM methodologies.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
