Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst

We need a skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst to support our digital transformation project. This contract role is available for candidates based in India and can be performed remotely.

In this role, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders, product managers, and implementation partners to analyze customer requirements, manage product backlogs, and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices.

• Develop and maintain knowledge of ServiceNow modules and features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

You will stay up-to-date on ServiceNow platform developments and suggest improvements.

Skills Required:

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Product Manager / Product Owner on the ServiceNow platform.
• Expertise in ServiceNow modules: CSM, ITSM, CSDM.
• Experience with Data Mapping, Data Models, and API Integration.
• Strong understanding of ITIL and Agile SCRUM methodologies.
