ServiceNow Platform Engineer

• *Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and implementation of asset management solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive technical knowledge of ServiceNow ITAM best practices and integrations with third-party systems.

• *Responsibilities**
• Design and implement ServiceNow HRSD, CSM, ITSM solutions that meet business requirements.
• Develop and implement best practices for IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Hardware Lifecycle Management.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define asset governance, policies, and reporting frameworks.
• Migrate, normalize, and reconcile data seamlessly.
• Resolve performance issues, integrations, and process gaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the ServiceNow platform and align with enterprise IT goals.
• Provide mentorship to junior developers and administrators on HAM best practices.
• *Requirements**
• 8+ years of ServiceNow experience, with 3+ years in HRSD, CSM, ITSM
• Strong understanding of IT Asset Management (ITAM) and ServiceNow CMDB.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow HAM with discovery tools, SCCM, JAMF, and vendor APIs.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs, REST/SOAP Integrations).
• Knowledge of SAM (Software Asset Management), Procurement, and ITSM modules.
• Strong understanding of compliance, audit, and financial tracking within ITAM.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with SAM PRO and ITOM modules.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Application Developer (CAD)
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Flow Designer, MID Server, and data normalization tools.
