ServiceNow IT Service Management Developer

ServiceNow ITSM Developer Opportunity We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow ITSM Developer to join our team. As a key member of our ITSM delivery team, you will play a critical role in implementing and optimizing ServiceNow solutions to improve our IT service delivery and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including core ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and deliver high-quality implementations.
• Perform system administration duties such as user management, ACLs, UI policies, client/server scripts.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development and administration.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, UI policies/actions, Business Rules, and Workflows/Flow Designer.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Best Practices, Scoped Applications, and Update Sets.
