Job Title: ServiceNow IRM Developer

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow IRM Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow development, including application development, configuration, and customization.

Responsibilities:

• Designing, building, and maintaining ServiceNow applications and modules based on best practices.
• Assisting in the design, configuration, customization, development, and testing of ServiceNow applications, specifically focused on Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Security Operations (SecOps).
• Providing support and/or troubleshooting for existing ServiceNow applications, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Knowledge Management.
• Documenting development work, creating technical documentation, and participating in knowledge-sharing activities.
• Participating in team collaboration sessions to provide technical expertise to solve problems or remove technical roadblocks for the team.
• Working with stakeholders to understand and gather requirements for ServiceNow development projects.
• Ensuring data quality under the guidance of a more senior team member or manager.
• Participating in quality assurance testing and debugging of ServiceNow applications.
• Staying current with the latest ServiceNow features, functionalities, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, MIS, mathematics, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, including application development, configuration, and customization.
• Solid understanding of databases.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies.
• Familiarity with ITIL and IT service management principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Experience developing user stories via refinement.
• Experience with test case development, automation, and execution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
