Senior ServiceNow Developer Job

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions.

About the Role:

• Strong technical background with expertise in ServiceNow design, development, and post-production support
• Hands-on experience with web services, including REST, SOAP APIs, XML, AJAX, and JSON
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, combined with a strong technical writing ability

Main Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including business rules, client scripts, ACLs, UI policies, workflows, and SLAs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base

Key Requirements:

• 9-12 years of overall IT experience
• Primary skills: ServiceNow, Rest, SOAP APIs, Javascript, Integration
• Secondary skills: ITSM, ITOM, and CSM
