We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to develop and maintain business capability maps, implement application portfolio management, ensure robust enterprise architecture practices, and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) processes within our organization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive business capability maps to align IT services with business objectives, collaborating with business stakeholders to identify and document key business capabilities and processes, and ensuring that business capability maps are up-to-date and reflect the current state of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Capability Mapping

• Develop and maintain comprehensive business capability maps to align IT services with business objectives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and document key business capabilities and processes.
• Ensure that business capability maps are up-to-date and reflect the current state of the organization. Portfolio Implementation
• Lead the implementation and management of the application portfolio within the ServiceNow platform.
• Conduct application assessments to evaluate the health, performance, and alignment of applications with business needs.
• Develop and maintain an application inventory, including metadata, lifecycle status, and ownership information.
• Work with application owners to define and implement application rationalization strategies. CMDB Process Maintenance
• Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop and implement CMDB policies, procedures, and standards to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure that configuration items (CIs) are accurately recorded and maintained.
• Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of the CMDB to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on CMDB processes and best practices.
