ServiceNow ITOM Solutions Architect

The role of IT Operations Management (ITOM) Specialist is a crucial one in ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure and services.

Key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow ITOM solutions for streamlined operations and enhanced service visibility through integration with IT Asset Management (ITAM).

A successful candidate will have expertise in areas such as Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, Orchestration, and Cloud Management, as well as Configuration Management Database (CMDB) configuration and maintenance. Responsibilities:

• Design and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions for efficient IT operations management.
• Configure and maintain CMDB for accurate data on ITOM and ITAM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT infrastructure and asset management processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and cloud-based monitoring solutions.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript, PowerShell, and Python.
• Experience with third-party integrations to ServiceNow.
