We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced ServiceNow Associate to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring our ServiceNow environment runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and Maintain ServiceNow Platform: You will be responsible for administering and maintaining our ServiceNow platform, including user roles, workflows, data policies, and access controls.
• Configure and Support ITSM Modules: You will configure and support IT Service Management (ITSM) modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Request Management.
• Implement and Manage HRSD Features: You will implement and manage Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) features, including case management and employee self-service portals.
• Perform Routine Maintenance: You will perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and performance tuning of the platform.
• Develop and Support Custom Applications: You will develop and support custom applications, workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 Years of Experience: You must have at least 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration.
• Proven Experience with ITSM: You must have proven experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) module configuration and management.
• Strong Understanding of ServiceNow: You must have a strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator: Having ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is highly desirable.
• Additional Certifications: Additional certifications in ITSM, HRSD, or related modules are also highly desirable.
