ServiceNow ITOM Implementation Expert

In this role, you will work on designing and developing ServiceNow ITOM solutions to support IT operations management, including Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, Orchestration, and Cloud Management.

You will have hands-on experience in CMDB management and data integrity practices, as well as a strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.

• Leverage your knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript, PowerShell, and Python to automate and optimize ServiceNow ITOM processes.
• Collaborate with IT teams to design and deploy ITOM services that meet business needs, while ensuring the alignment with ITAM processes.
• Provide expert advice on best practices for ITOM and ITAM integration, including automation and optimization strategies.
