We are seeking a skilled Digital Solutions Architect to join our team. As a Digital Solutions Architect, you will play a key role in designing and implementing digital solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in ServiceNow development to lead the design and implementation of digital solutions, including custom applications and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of digital solutions, including custom applications and integrations.
• Manage the end-to-end implementation/customization of at least two ServiceNow modules.
• Develop and maintain high-quality code, following best practices and standards.
• Evaluate new features and produce comprehensive analysis and recommendations.
• Lead ServiceNow upgrades planning and execution.
• Provide excellent customer service, leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrate strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are highly preferred.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are highly preferred.
• Candidates from Pune location are preferred.
