IT Operations Specialist – ServiceNow

Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in CMDB (Configuration Management Database) and Discovery module.

Main Responsibilities:

• Development: Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules, especially CMDB and Discovery.
• Discovery Optimization: Implement and optimize ServiceNow Discovery to ensure accurate and timely asset data population in the CMDB.
• CI Data Quality: Maintain CI data quality by creating and updating identification rules, reconciliation rules, and business services mapping.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4–6 years of hands-on development experience on ServiceNow platform.
• Strong experience in ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery module.
• Proficient in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and scripting in ServiceNow.
