Key responsibilities include developing and implementing IT Asset Management, Digital Product Management, and IT Operational Management capabilities using ServiceNow.

- $65/h USD
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Certified Service Desk Associate (CSA)
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CIS-Discovery)
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CIS-Service Mapping)
- Ability to speak to and navigate the Configuration Item Data Model (CSDM)
- Proficiency in Flow Designer
- Ability to create basic and advanced business rules
- Understanding of related and referenced Configuration Items (CIs) in ITIL processes
- Knowledge of basic use cases for configuration items in ITIL processes
- Understanding of discoverable and non-discoverable attributes
- Knowledge of where in the ServiceNow platform we define rules for which CIs create assets and which do not
Benefits:
Two openings available; Start date: ASAP; Remote work with EST time zone preference; Duration: 6 months with possible extension; 40 hours per week; EST time zone shift; Interview process includes a general interview, technical/project interview, and two client interviews. The client has already implemented ServiceNow 2 years ago, including IT Service Management and CMDB data clean up. Key skills and qualifications also include exposure to Digital Portfolio Management sufficient to understand portfolio taxonomy creation and management; experience with Service Builder for creating and managing offerings; Agent Client Collector and MID server web socket endpoint management.
