Cohere is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support our client with design, creation, deployment, and maintenance of multiple ServiceNow applications supporting the Intelligence Community.

We are looking for an experienced professional to develop, maintain, and enhance applications on the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, CSM, Service Portal, HR Module, Asset Management, Change Management, Custom Development, etc. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating, maintaining configuration management on the ServiceNow platform in all environments.

The successful candidate will collaborate effectively with other ServiceNow administrators to develop solutions and handle general updates and configuration changes/requests. They will also provide expertise in standards and validations (e.g., ISO 9000).

In this role, you will act as key coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of re-engineering efforts.
