Job Overview

MX is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our Business Applications team. As a key member of this team, you will actively participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. You will design, develop, and configure custom applications on the ServiceNow platform, perform platform administration activities, maintain and troubleshoot existing applications, and monitor platform health to proactively resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Design, develop, and configure custom applications and enhancements on the ServiceNow platform.
• Perform platform administration activities as needed.
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing applications and modules.
• Monitor platform health and performance, proactively resolving issues.
• Provide support and guidance to stakeholders on platform functionality and best practices.

Requirements

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
• 2+ years of development experience in ServiceNow, especially modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, WSD, and CSM.
• Proficient in JavaScript with demonstrable experience using ServiceNow APIs.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
• Strong communication skills and team collaborative ability.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
• ITIL v3 Foundation Certification.
• Experience developing Service Portal widgets using AngularJS.

Work Environment

Compensation

The expected on-target earnings (OTE) includes a base salary and other forms of cash compensation. This pay range is just one component of MX's total rewards package. MX takes a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay.
