ServiceNow Implementation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow implementation specialist to lead the development and administration of our ServiceNow platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and executing the deployment of ServiceNow across various departments, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement ServiceNow configurations and customizations to meet business requirements
• Design and deploy ServiceNow workflows, forms, and reports to streamline business processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document ServiceNow requirements and specifications
• Analyze and troubleshoot ServiceNow issues and provide timely resolutions
• Provide ongoing maintenance and support for the ServiceNow platform

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and administration
• Proven track record of delivering successful ServiceNow implementations
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and configuration
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
