Senior ServiceNow Developer Position

This role involves performing complex analysis, design, development and implementation of IT strategic applications and data services.

You will help with solution design efforts and impact analysis for varying sizes of critical applications and ensure standard operating procedures are being followed.

Solution Design Expertise

• Analyze highly complex business and systems requirements, and design solutions for applications, data, processes, interfaces, controls, outputs, environment, and infrastructure tools/utilities.
• Ensure that disruption to applications is minimized through analysis, planning and testing of proposed software fixes and updates and adherence to strict change management processes.
• Conduct deep dive analysis of application issues across the full stack (UI, middleware, microservices, data) and recommend solutions.

Technical Expertise Required

• Expert experience with highly integrated application systems/platforms, data flows, and business processes, as well as proven analytical, logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to work on a team and good interpersonal skills are necessary, along with the ability to self-start and complete assignments with moderate supervision.
• Broad experience with ServiceNow, in development or analyst role, is desired, as well as proficiency in developing, administering, and configuring all areas of ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM.

About This Role

This Senior ServiceNow Developer will analyze complex business and systems requirements and design solutions for applications, data, processes, interfaces, controls, outputs, environment, and infrastructure tools/utilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with experience in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in information technology/computer science or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Candidates should also have ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certifications, as well as ITIL Foundations V3 certification required, ITIL 4 preferred.
