• Configure the Service Portal chat for Virtual Agent
• Branding of Virtual Agent
• Enabling out-of-the-box conversations
• Configuring out-of-the-box topic blocks and topics
• Customizing out-of-the-box topic blocks and topics
• Create topic blocks and topics
• Scripting to call APIs
• Integrate virtual agent with MS Teams
• Integrate virtual agent with non-ServiceNow applications
• Using scripting to call API to get data for Virtual Agent Service Portal:
• Create portals
• Create themes or use existing themes
• Create pages
• Use out-of-the-box widgets for application needs
• Create custom widgets
• Configure virtual Agent to Service Portal
• Client-side and server-side scripting experience
• Experience in Angular JS, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap General:
• Excellent communication skills
