ServiceNow Technical Specialist

This role involves providing technical expertise for ServiceNow implementation and ongoing maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop custom service portals and applications using ServiceNow APIs.
• Design and implement workflow processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Analyze and troubleshoot performance-related issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years' experience with ServiceNow development.
• Experience with ServiceNow System Administration, Advanced System Administration, Scripting, and Application Development.
• Knowledge of enterprise and/or IT Service Management principles, methods, and techniques.
• Familiarity with web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, and Web Services).

Desired Skills:

• Experience supporting Intelligence, DoD, or DHS Customers.
• Experience with process development and deployment.
• Web Service Integration (API Web Services) experience.
• Single Sign-on configuration and administration.
• SQL Experience.
