We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ServiceNow expert to support our government clients. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions for new application improvements.
• Coordinate integration of ServiceNow modules, APIs, and user interfaces.
• Provide ongoing support and peer reviews throughout sprints.
• Investigate production issues and resolve technical tickets.
• Remediate O&M defects and develop solutions for new requirements. Requirements:
• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, React, HTML, CSS, and AJAX.
• ITSM module and Agile development environment experience.
• Database concept understanding, including SQL. Bonus Requirements:
• ServiceNow Certification: System Administrator, Implementation Specialist, or Application Developer.
• Team collaboration and communication skills.
• Customer-centric approach and adaptability.
