ServiceNow Developer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of the ServiceNow platform, with comprehensive experience in system administration, development, and implementation of ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM modules.

This role requires a proactive individual eager to tackle challenges and contribute to innovative solutions for our IT department. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow applications and services, with a strong focus on Flow Designer.

Key responsibilities include implementing ServiceNow platform capabilities, designing and implementing integration solutions, utilizing ITIL v4 principles, and building everyday service catalog items. Additionally, you will engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. About the Role

• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and services with a strong focus on Flow Designer
• Implement ServiceNow platform capabilities, including ITAM, ITSM, and ITOM modules
• Design and implement integration solutions to connect ServiceNow with external systems and applications
• Utilize ITIL v4 principles to enhance service management processes and workflows
• Build everyday service catalog items to ensure efficient and user-friendly service delivery
