Sr ServiceNow Developer - CMDB/ITOM Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer with 10+ years of overall IT experience and deep expertise in CMDB (Configuration Management Database) and ITOM (IT Operations Management). The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting, developing, and enhancing complex ServiceNow modules, ensuring data integrity within CMDB, and driving automation and visibility through ITOM solutions like Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.

The successful candidate will lead ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping implementations to ensure accurate CI data population. Additionally, they will configure and optimize CMDB data model, reconciliation rules, and identification rules. Furthermore, the candidate will integrate third-party monitoring and management tools into ServiceNow ITOM.
