Integration Developer - ServiceNow Expert

This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and other systems, applications, and tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in integration development, API design, and software development, as well as experience with ServiceNow configuration and customization.

• Design and develop integration solutions using various protocols (e.g., REST, SOAP, JSON)
• Create and maintain APIs, web services, and other integration interfaces to facilitate data exchange between systems
• Customize ServiceNow to meet integration requirements, including creating custom tables, fields, and forms
• Develop and maintain scripts, workflows, and business rules to support integration logic and data processing
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, including debugging and testing integrations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design integration solutions
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for integrations, including design documents, test plans, and implementation guides
• Ensure integrations are secure, scalable, and meet performance requirements
• Stay current with new features and best practices in ServiceNow and integration development
