IT Service Management Developer - NNSA

Main Responsibilities:

• ITSM Platform Development: Design, develop, and implement NNSA's ITSM platform using ServiceNow.
• Agile Practices: Deliver solutions using Agile practices such as CI/CD, orchestrating and automating workflows.
• System Integrations: Manage integrations with other systems to ensure seamless data flow.
• User Experience: Use End User Experience to design best practices providing robust user experience.
• Change Management: Roll out changes following testing and established change practices.
