Lead Innovation Specialist - Automation / ServiceNow / Collaboration

Responsibilities: You will be responsible for leading innovation initiatives and projects in Automation / ServiceNow / Collaboration. This includes creating business cases of initiatives with project plans, effort estimations, costs, and benefits, providing implementation strategies, migration plans, and technical support for medium-to-high complexity issues/projects, and working closely with customers, Infrastructure teams, and vendors.

Key Performance Indicators:

• Creation of successful innovation initiatives and projects.
• Effective collaboration with Product Owner and Manager to create strategic inputs.
• Identification of transformation, process improvement, and automation opportunities.
• Successful completion of service improvement activities within target dates.
