  • Develop and document improvement opportunities through analysis and development.
  • Design functional processes, create user stories, and gather feedback to influence solution design.
  • Evaluate Service Management business processes, anticipating requirements and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Analyze diverse business needs to be solved with automation on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
  • Collaborate with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge of Service Management and ServiceNow enhancements.
  • Design and develop applications and add-ons for the ServiceNow platform.
  • Configure Workflow, Application UI, and Customize ServiceNow applications.
  • Perform enhancement requests, including changes to UI, system properties, foundation content, and modifications to existing workflow.
  • Perform upgrades and installations of ServiceNow. Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • ITIL 4 Foundation Certification or higher.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience delivering IT Integration, Outsourcing, Performance Consulting, or Management Consulting Services.
  • Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a large organization or professional services firm.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work successfully in a team-oriented environment.
  • Highly self-motivated and directed character with effective task prioritization and execution.
  • Core competencies include business analysis, project management, business process evaluation, and organizational change management. Preferred Qualifications:
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation (CIS) certifications in one or more product lines.
  • Involvement in implementation projects involving multiple ServiceNow applications and system integrations.
  • Skills in workflow analysis, design, and process re-engineering principles.
  • Client Scripts, ACLs, or providing general ServiceNow support and administration.
  • XML, HTML, AngularJS, CSS, LDAP, MS Active Directory, SSO, SOAP, and REST.
