Product Manager - ServiceNow HRSD

ServiceNow Product Manager- Remote

This role is responsible for working with stakeholders to identify business needs and drive delivery of the ServiceNow HRSD platform roadmap. Main Responsibilities:

• Capture business and user requirements as stories with acceptance criteria, noting priority, and ensuring they are understood, developed, tested, and delivered to specifications.
• Drive ScrumMaster activities, including moving stories into sprints and ensuring completion.
• Create testing plans and engage end users in testing and knowledge training sessions.
• Have knowledge of ServiceNow configuration related to HRSD, Portal, and Knowledge.
• Manage support for HR Case resolution and manage individual and group HR SN access.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Intake and deliver HR SN reporting requests and maintain reporting dashboards and permissions. Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree.
• ServiceNow Fundamentals certification (required).
• ServiceNow HRSD certification (required).
• ServiceNow Certified Administrator certification (preferred). Technical Skills:
• Intermediate skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, One Note, SharePoint.
• Experience with JavaScript plus. Experience:
• 3-5 years' relevant experience (required).
• Experience with ServiceNow (required). Leadership Skills:
• Experience leading large group prioritization meetings and requirements gathering sessions (required).
• Experience managing multiple priorities and projects (required).
• Excellent written and oral presentation skills (required).
• Experience leading technical teams on highly complex enterprise technical infrastructure projects (preferred).
