• *Job Summary:** Senior Software Engineer Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality software solutions that meet stakeholder needs. Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement software solutions using ServiceNow Application Development.
• Work closely with Product Management to understand customer and end-user pain points and develop viable solutions.
• Collaborate with the engineering community to stay up-to-date on new software technologies and best practices.
• Design and develop product and solution designs to address critical issues and complex problems.
• Mentor less experienced software engineers and provide technical guidance and oversight.
• Provide ongoing support, monitoring, and maintenance of deployed products.
• Contribute to story sizing, backlog grooming, and release planning.
• Participate in reviews of own work and lead reviews of colleagues' work. Requirements and Qualifications:
• Proficiency in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM and Service Catalog.
• Expertise in building and managing Scripted REST APIs for external system integrations.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Application Development, including creating and maintaining custom applications.
• Experience with DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow development.
• Strong skills in JavaScript, Glide Scripting, and API Development.
• Strong analysis and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow development tools.
• Working experience with Agile application development practices.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4 years' experience in a related field.
• Certified in ServiceNow system administration and/or application development. Preferred Qualifications:
• ServiceNow Micro or Implementation Certifications
• Agile Certifications
