ServiceNow Developer

• Design and implement solutions for new application improvements.
• Coordinate integration of ServiceNow modules, APIs, and user interfaces.
• Provide ongoing support and peer reviews throughout sprints.
• Handle investigations into production issues and complete technical tickets.
• Remediate O&M defects and develop solutions for new requirements.
• Ensure successful implementation and maintenance of ServiceNow applications. Required Qualifications:
• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, React, HTML, CSS, and AJAX.
• Experience with ITSM modules and Agile development environments.
• Understanding of database concepts, including SQL. Desired Qualifications:
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (preferred).
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Focus on customer service and adaptability.
• Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with ServiceNow features and industry trends. About the Role
