We are seeking a highly skilled professional to design and customize ServiceNow portals and mobile interfaces that meet the needs of end-users. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and customize ServiceNow portals and mobile interfaces to provide a seamless user experience.
• Evaluate and implement best practices for User Experience (UX) design, including responsive design for mobile devices.
• Integrate ServiceNow portals with other IT systems and tools to ensure a cohesive user experience.
• Customize widgets, themes, and layouts to meet specific business requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of portal designs, configurations, and customizations.
• Collaborate with IT teams, stakeholders, and end-users to gather requirements and provide technical support. Required Skills and Qualifications:
• ServiceNow Expertise: Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with ServiceNow, including Service Portal and Mobile App development.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with other IT systems and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
