ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a skilled professional to design and implement innovative ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in system administration, development, and implementation of ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM modules.

This role requires a proactive individual eager to tackle challenges and contribute to the enhancement of IT service management processes. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow applications and services, with a strong focus on Flow Designer.

You will work collaboratively across one or more applications on the ServiceNow platform, including Employee Center. Your expertise in ITIL v4 principles will enable you to enhance service management processes and workflows.

The successful candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow projects.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer for creating and managing workflows.
• Strong integration experience, with the ability to connect ServiceNow with other systems.
