Job Title: ServiceNow Solution Architect Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and delivering robust ServiceNow implementations tailored to our clients' needs.

Your primary duties and responsibilities will include developing strong relationships with technical and business leaders to understand the client's vision and how ServiceNow plays in their digital transformation journey.

You will create strategic roadmaps for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring it aligns with business and IT goals. This includes designing the overall architecture of the ServiceNow implementation, including integrations with other enterprise systems and data flow to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

As a seasoned professional, you will provide technical evaluation of demands against ServiceNow platform architecture, platform capabilities, and best practices. You will also oversee the implementation of ServiceNow, ensuring best practices are followed and the platform is used to its full potential.

Additionally, you will participate in agile ceremonies and provide insight and expertise in level of effort, timeline, and status updates. You will lead design workshops and develop technical solutions to configure and customize ServiceNow.

You will also provide technical expertise for issues related to development, creating and implementing business rules, client scripts, UI policies, access control lists (ACLs), portal pages, etc.

An ideal candidate will have experience with integrating ServiceNow with other instances or 3rd party tools, as well as developing and maintaining processes for user management, license compliance, audit requirements.

The role requires migration of update sets to different environments (dvlp to prod) and collaboration with QA teams to validate solutions and ensure quality products are delivered.

You will support client intake of new functionality and determining the appropriate solution whether ServiceNow or technologies in the client stack. Certifications and Qualifications

We require ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ITIL Foundation Certification. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) is advantageous but not mandatory.
