Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented ITSM developer to join our team and support the Department of Energy's National Nuclear Security Administration.

The primary goal of this program is to modernize IT and Cybersecurity Infrastructure and transform current IT and Cybersecurity services to a managed service environment.

This position will involve developing NNSA's ITSM platform using no-code, low-code, and fully scripted solutions, managing integrations with other systems, and ensuring robust user experience through design best practices.
