Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team. This individual will design and develop ServiceNow applications and services, making recommendations and participating in implementing ServiceNow requirements. The successful candidate will take ownership of complex business requirements and work them to completion, providing architectural controls and impact analysis for new requirements.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented software engineer to contribute to the development of ServiceNow applications and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software design and development, with experience in ServiceNow development, including Glide, scripting, business rules, client scripts, data imports, custom applications, and development methods. Additionally, the candidate should have experience with Java or a similar OO language, Web technologies, including JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, and CSS, LDAP integration, and Web Service integration such as API Web Services.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing ServiceNow applications and services, making recommendations and participating in implementing ServiceNow requirements. They will take ownership of complex business requirements and work them to completion, providing architectural controls and impact analysis for new requirements. The candidate will also continually identify opportunities for improvement, such as combining similar solution needs, and partner with team leads to implement technical best practices, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must have at least 5 years of experience with software design and development, with 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow development. They should also possess effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. A ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification and experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies are preferred.
