ServiceNow ITOM Developer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled developer to join our team and contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of ServiceNow ITOM solutions.

About the Role:

• Develop and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions, leveraging expertise in CMDB and Discovery.
• Design and integrate ServiceNow with other applications or data sources using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Maintain and enhance Value Stream Management (VSM) capabilities.
• Write high-quality JavaScript, GlideScript, and other ServiceNow scripting code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Produce accurate and detailed technical documentation.
• Hold one or more mainline ServiceNow certifications, such as CSA, CAD, or CIS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop ITOM solutions for efficient incident management, problem management, and change management processes.
• Design and implement automated workflows for efficient request fulfillment and service delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement business requirements.
• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues in ServiceNow.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in developing ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
• Expertise in CMDB and Discovery.
• Proficient in writing high-quality JavaScript, GlideScript, and other ServiceNow scripting code.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
