- About This Role:
- We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Certified System Architect to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
- The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices, as well as experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, HRSD, FSM, S2P).
- The key responsibilities include overseeing ServiceNow configuration, development, and customization, managing instance upgrades, patches, and performance optimizations, and designing and implementing integrations between ServiceNow and external systems (REST, SOAP, MID Server, APIs).
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Preferred.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Preferred.
- Education:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
