Program Leader - Servicenow Transformation

This role involves leading and transforming our Servicenow initiatives—and beyond. As a highly experienced Servicenow expert, you will be responsible for driving strategic leadership, collaboration, and delivering results that align with ambitious enterprise goals. Main Responsibilities:

• To develop program strategies that connect Servicenow capabilities to broader business objectives.
• To lead multiple Servicenow projects from kickoff to go-live, ensuring delivery on time, within scope.
• To manage cross-functional teams including developers, testers, admins, and change management professionals.
• To partner with executives and stakeholders to align technology initiatives with organizational goals.
• To oversee program governance, track milestones, and manage risk, issues, timelines, and resources.
• To champion organizational change by leading adoption strategies, workshops, and communication efforts.
• To collaborate on user training and communication plans to maximize adoption and user engagement.
• To monitor and report on program success metrics and ROI to leadership.
• To stay current on Servicenow innovations and recommend enhancements that keep our organization ahead of the curve.
• To act as a coach and mentor to project managers, encouraging excellence and continuous improvement. Key Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of program management experience delivering technology and business transformation programs.
• Strong experience with Servicenow platforms, including ITSM, ITOM, and CSM.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and time-management skills.
