ServiceNow Platform Specialist

ServiceNow Developer Role

This position is responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining solutions within the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Customize ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain integrations with other systems and applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow development, including Scripting, Workflows, UI Policies, and Integrations. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science.
• Preferred experience in one or more of the following: JavaScript, REST APIs, C#, ServiceNow, git, Azure DevOps.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, Systems Analyst.
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform development, including Scripting, Workflows, UI Policies, and Integrations.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and CMDB.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
