ServiceNow Developer Position

Job Summary As a seasoned ServiceNow professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our organization's IT operations. With a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and support, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our ServiceNow instance, ensuring seamless integration with third-party tools, and providing top-notch solutions to complex technical problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain our ServiceNow instance, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency
• Develop and implement customized workflows, scripts, and integrations to meet business requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
• Design and implement effective testing strategies to ensure high-quality solutions
• Document technical solutions, including high-level designs and troubleshooting guides

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow CSM and ITSM
• Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Platform and its core features
• Strong experience with Portal development, UI Builder, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub
• Proven ability to work in Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong analytical thinking
• Strong understanding of release management and code versioning best practices
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and good product roadmap awareness

Nice to Have

• Experience with FSM or ITAM
• Knowledge of scripted APIs and third-party tool integrations
