Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations.
• Manage the end-to-end implementation/customization of at least two ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, CSM, SPM, ITAM, AppEngine etc.
• Develop strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages.
• Promote technology-specific best practices and standards.
• Evaluate new features and produce comprehensive analysis and recommendations.
• Lead ServiceNow upgrades planning and execution.
• Provide excellent customer service, leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrate strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.

Requirements:

• Experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications highly preferred.
