ServiceNow ITAM Developer

As a ServiceNow IT Asset Management developer, you will play a key role in designing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

• You will analyze business requirements to design and develop solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Work with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and develop ServiceNow applications and modules, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
• Customize and configure workflows, forms, fields, scripts, business rules, UI policies and other ServiceNow components.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on IT Asset Management.
• In-depth knowledge of ITAM concepts, including asset discovery, procurement, software license management and lifecycle management.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules related to IT Asset Management, including Asset, Configuration, Contract and Procurement Management.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery and Software Asset Management (SAM) modules.
• The ability to integrate ServiceNow ITAM solutions with other IT systems, such as Configuration Management Databases (CMDBs), help desk systems and procurement systems.
• Staying current with industry trends, ServiceNow updates and ITAM best practices.
• Developing and maintaining integrations using web services, APIs and other integration technologies.
• A strong understanding of ITSM and business process automation concepts.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS and other web technologies.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations and web services.

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field is required.

Certification: ServiceNow certification(s) is highly valued but not mandatory.
