Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the ServiceNow platform, including user roles, workflows, data policies, and access controls.
- Configure ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Request Management.
- Implement HRSD features, including case management and employee self-service portals.
- Maintain system performance, resolve technical issues proactively, and perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and performance tuning of the platform.
- Develop custom applications, workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies to meet business needs.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration.
- Proven experience with ITSM module configuration and management.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
- Practical knowledge of HRSD and employee experience functionalities.
