Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the ServiceNow platform, including user roles, workflows, data policies, and access controls.
  • Configure ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Request Management.
  • Implement HRSD features, including case management and employee self-service portals.
  • Maintain system performance, resolve technical issues proactively, and perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and performance tuning of the platform.
  • Develop custom applications, workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies to meet business needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration.
  • Proven experience with ITSM module configuration and management.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
  • Practical knowledge of HRSD and employee experience functionalities.
