We are looking for a seasoned ServiceNow professional to manage our ServiceNow platform. As a ServiceNow Platform Manager, you will oversee the administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, configure and support ITSM modules, implement and manage HRSD features, and perform routine maintenance and upgrades. Additionally, you will develop and support custom applications, workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including user roles, workflows, data policies, and access controls.
• Configure and support ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Request Management.
• Implement and manage HRSD features, including case management and employee self-service portals.
• Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and performance tuning of the platform.
• Develop and support custom applications, workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
