About ServiceNow Associate Role

As a ServiceNow Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our ServiceNow environment.

• This involves administering and maintaining the platform, including user roles, workflows, data policies, and access controls.
• You will configure and support ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Request Management.
• Additionally, you will implement and manage HRSD features, including case management and employee self-service portals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Routine maintenance, upgrades, and performance tuning of the platform.
• Developing and supporting custom applications, workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration.
• Proven experience with ITSM module configuration and management.
• Practical knowledge of HRSD and employee experience functionalities.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
