We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow professional to join our team on a freelance basis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in key ServiceNow areas and be able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementing CMDB structures and service mappings
• Working with CSDM principles and Service Portfolio categories
• Collaborating remotely with our team

Requirements:

• At least two CMDB implementations under your belt
• Hands-on experience with CSDM and SPM
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
